Job Description
- Assistant Online Brand Manager (Contract-based 9 months)
- Location: District 1, HCMC
- Brand: Cerave (L‘Oréal).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive online channel strategies aligned with the overall brand objectives
- Adapt global brand strategies to resonate with the local market, ensuring cultural relevance and consumer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with EKAMs, media, and education teams to ensure alignment and integrated marketing efforts.
2. Performance Management & Optimization:
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to analyze online channel performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Employ critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities in the online space.
3. (All Online Platform) Visual asset management:
- In accordance with brand guidelines and the Online Zone‘s established protocols, collaborate with the external agency (SVC) to adapt and create compelling visual assets for online platforms. This includes:
- Ensure all online visual assets are consistent with the brand‘s image and optimized for various screen sizes and devices.
- Follow up with all commercial changes and new alignment with platform to make necessary visual adjustment.
4. (All Online Platform) Brand Livestream Lead:
- Plan, align and execute brand-driven activities to support total brand livestream following commercial campaign calendar and brand marketing calendar. This includes (but not limited to):

Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with online platforms, focusing on merchandising and visual presentation. A proven track record of success in managing online product displays, creating compelling visual content is essential.
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and other stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Must be adaptable, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality. A proactive and solutions-oriented approach is highly valued.
