About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Lead to join our team and contribute to the quality assurance of our project. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing automated test strategies to ensure a seamless user experience and system reliability. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to enhance automation processes and improve overall software quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the automation testing efforts for the project.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts
• Conduct web application testing to ensure system functionality, performance, and security.
• Perform API testing to validate backend functionality and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and ensure efficient test coverage.
• Monitor and analyze test results, report defects, and work closely with developers for resolution.
• Ensure best practices in test automation, including CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA engineers.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in web application testing.
• Strong knowledge of automation testing with any frameworks and languages (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in API testing (Postman, RestAssured, etc.).
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and integrating automation tests into the development workflow.
• Familiarity with OutSystems or low-code platforms is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good English communication skills to collaborate with global teams.

Location: Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City.

Contract: 12 months.
