Get to know the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Business Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in supporting various aspects of our business operations, including project management, cross-functional team coordination, product development and rollout, and departmental support.

Day-to-Day Activities

• Generate innovative ideas and develop plans for project implementation.
• Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to requirements and quality standards.
• Coordinate effectively with various teams from different departments to drive projects forward.
• Collaborate on product development, testing, and monitoring.
• Work with regional stakeholders to identify and resolve issues and drive the rollout process.
• Provide support to other departments as needed.
• Manage and contribute to Business Operations functions including:

- Benefits, Station, Airport & other Ops

- Vertical Compliance and Quality Assurance

- Regulatory Reporting and Partnership

The Must-Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in any field related to business, economics, engineering, finance, or other similar field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Operations, Driver Management, or Operations Management.
• Strong project management, cross-department communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Know-how of Microsoft and Google Workplace tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
