Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract and Payment Coordinator to assist in contract management, track payment requests, and handle logistic tasks for PRURewards. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our contract and payment processes.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist in Contract Management:
- Prepare and review contract drafts.
- Generate regular status reports.
- Monitor compliance with contract terms.
- Organize and maintain contract documents.
- Aid in the onboarding of services and vendors.
- Track Payment Requests:
- Implement tracking for Claim Care and VIP Health Care payment requests.
- Ensure payment requests are accurate and submitted on time.
- Monitor the progress of payment requests to ensure timely payment.
- Logistic Tasks for PRURewards:
- Implement Business As Usual (BAU) logistic tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in contract management and payment processing.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
