About the Assignment:
You will take ownership of Smartphone Financing and Home Appliance Shop-Now-Pay-Later programs at GFin, ensuring the smooth daily program implementation and continuous program improvement.
Shop-Now-Pay-Later program is one of GFin key offerings, which allows Grab drivers and merchants to purchase essential products such as home appliances, motorbikes, and smartphones without the need to prove their credit, pay any upfront fees, or endure a cumbersome application process.
The Core Objectives:
Manage daily program execution (60% workload), including:
1. Pricing management for smartphone financing and home appliance shop-now-pay-later products.
2. Monitoring merchandise inventory, planning product sell-in and sell-out, raising purchase orders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely replenishment.
3. Analyzing business performance and updating program performance data tracking.
4. Engaging with GFin corporate partners for product purchasing and co-op marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize Shop-Now-Pay-Later program revenue streams (40% workload), including:
1. Marketing campaigns for Shop-Now-Pay-Later programs.
2. Improving existing & launching new shop-now-pay-later programs.
Essential Experience / Criteria:
1. Less than 2-year experience in high performance team build out, development and management
2. Intermediate knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, Vlookup, Sumifs, Match, etc)
3. Solid spoken and written communication skills
4. Proficient in spoken and written English
5. Keen interest in Fintech and Unicorn startup working environment
