Job Description
Location:
Vinh Niem, Le Chan, Hai Phong
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage campaigns in 4-5 provinces/cities in the Northern cluster.
- Support and oversee the development of on-ground Marketing campaigns (offline) with the Marketing department: surveys, research, reports on local venues where campaigns take place.
- Collaborate with various departments and target audiences for Marketing operations (internal Grab) Marketing, Operations, Sales (external Grab) Restaurants, Agencies, Drivers, etc.
- Lead Marketing activities within the Grab app: plan weekly/monthly in-app displays with Marketing, execute installations, monitor displays, measure effectiveness.
- Assist in creating real-time reports on local situations: events, new trends locally, weekly, and monthly, contributing to improving campaign performance and evaluation, as well as proposing next steps.
- Responsible for providing regular industry and competitive analysis to help the team understand the current business environment locally.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor‘s/College degree regardless of major
- 1-2 years of experience in in related fields such as Marketing/ Communications/ Operations/ Sales.
- Experienced in handling and dealing with partners (account management experience)
- Ability to self-manage workload and prioritize tasks to complete as committed and instructed by management.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced work environment.
- Good communication skills, able to work with all departments in Grab, external partners.
- Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting, updates, online meetings, etc.
- Willingness to travel to 4-5 cities/provinces in the managed region.
