• Administrative Support: Handle tasks related to contracts, purchase orders (PO), payments, public relations (PR), and other related processes in the system.
• Event Support: Assist in organizing both online and offline events (may require travel if necessary).
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with different teams and departments to prepare for company events and campaigns.
• Reporting: Create reports to record information related to the company’s marketing campaigns and events.
Requirements:
• Open to Fresh Graduates: Preference for candidates with experience organizing events in school or clubs, or involvement in marketing-related clubs.
• 6+ Months of Experience in administrative or marketing roles.
• Knowledge of Events/Marketing is a plus.
• Proactive and Fast-Learning: Good communication skills.
Working Information:
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
• Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
• Salary: Up to 11 million VND/month.
