ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
You will coordinate activities with cross-functional teams to meet business needs and customer requirements.
Onboarding Date: 6th January 2025 (6-month contract)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
● Handle material slitting planning, and ensure sufficient orders are released to production, optimizing capacity.
● Coordinate material arrival for production planning to ensure smooth operation and continued customer supply.
● Follow up shortages/upsurge with Planner on ETA and escalate issues affecting customer delivery.
● Monitor aging stock, clear aging stock/samples, slow-move inventory and write off requests.
● Monitor and update daily basis shipment schedule and coordinate activities with Logistics, Warehouse, Production Planner, and Customer Service as required.
● Tracking Return Goods and CN/DN issuance.
● Ensure accurate and prompt information flow to the internal team daily to ensure requests are responded to timely.
● Liaise with transporters on customer delivery arrangements.
● To ensure sample requisition is fulfilled.
● Handle crises and emergencies as they arise professionally and calmly with suitable solutions.
● Present in related function meetings.
● Back up to other OF team members during their absence.
● Perform any other jobs as assigned by the superior.
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
● Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields
● 6 months -3 years experience in order fulfillment or similar function
● Detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills to work with all levels.
● Self-initiated and able to work effectively to meet the deadlines
● Good team player and service-minded
