• Transport Management: Oversee and manage transport operations for inbound and outbound activities for plants or business units across ASEAN countries, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Coordination with LSPs: Establish and maintain effective communication with Logistics Services Providers (LSPs) to ensure smooth shipment processes from pick-up to delivery.
• Shipment Planning: Collaborate with planners to arrange shipments according to business needs and customer requirements.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve exceptional cases such as damages, late deliveries, or customer complaints promptly and effectively.
• Performance Monitoring: Ensure all key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, damage rate, and customer complaints meet or exceed targets.

TMS Data Management:

• Master Data Maintenance: Maintain and update master data to onboard new suppliers, customers, LSPs, and other stakeholders.
• System Implementation: Work collaboratively with the team to implement new setups and configurations in the Transport Management System (TMS).
• Reporting: Generate and maintain accurate reports for the TMS system to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Additional Responsibilities: Undertake any other tasks assigned by the direct superior as needed to support the transport team and overall business objectives. 

Require :

• Education: Bachelor‘s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in transport operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably within the ASEAN region.
• Languages: Proficiency in English. Chinese is a plus.
• Hardware / Software Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Power BI or equivalent
