Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Key contact for Major accounts
- Rapport building & explore on any new business opportunities.
- Ensure committed SLA to customer are met & fulfill
- Lead the team (Executive, Buyer & Sales Admin) & provide guidance in meeting customer expectation
- Source & work with suppliers/courier/freight forwarder to support customers' requirement
- Meeting KPIs set (Revenue, Profitability, Account Receivables & Inventory holding)
- Provide Management with reports on account update.
- Analysis on existing account opportunities & threats
- Support any new accounts brought in by Business Development team
- Able to make appropriate decision that puts company's interest in priority.
- Act as Project Manager for new Business/ Project implementation from start till project go live.
COMPETENCIES
- Degree Holder
- Fluent in English (Written, Spoken) & Chinese (Preferred but not a must).
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to work with min supervision
- Team leader, good judgment & decision making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft offices tool (Words, Excel & PowerPoint) preferred
- Minimum 5 Years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistic/PC industries
