Job Description
Location: Phu My Hung Tower - 8 Hoang Van Thai, District , HCMC
Time: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Mon - Fri (Hybrid)
Contract type: 8-month contract (back up for maternity leave)
Salary: 15,000,000 Gross (Monthly)
Job Responsibilities:
- Daily work on P2P and Coupa system: prepare GL booking and review supporting documents to make sure correct and in line with tax regulations and Company guidelines;
- Receive and check payment request document (hard copy) relevant the department that be assigned to ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies;
- Confirm the final payment for the user to prepare cash advance to HR team regarding the vendor and staff
- Perform the month-end closing: payroll data, regular accrual, Ltip & prushare plus accrual, manual booking;
- Perform reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis: BS reconciliation, JV manual, SMT, PIT report to HR, ABC report to the compliance team, SCB report to group reporting, and statistical reports sent to local reporting. Revert accruals for year-end regarding LTI, AIB, and final PIT;
- Others: tasks to be assigned by the line manager or company management (if any)
Job Requirements:
- College/Bachelor Degree in relevant field
- 3-4 years of experience in Accounting roles.
- Good understanding of Vietnamese regulations on Tax and Finance & Vietnam Accounting system,
- Detailed oriented, hard-working, well-organized & high sense of responsibility
- Have strong communication skill and ability to work efficiently and independently
- Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
