Job Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm delivery bookings.
- Log into the eMSRN system.
- Enter the PO number from the vendor‘s goods receipt into the eMSRN system.
- Check the PO number on the MSRN/BOQ file against the eMSRN system.
- Verify the PO number, CDS number, and quantity on the CDS file against the MSRN file.
- Check the description (MSRN/BOQ & goods receipt & physical goods).
- Measure dimensions for fabricated goods.
- Check the part number (MSRN/BOQ & goods receipt & physical goods).
- Verify the manufacturer (MSRN/BOQ & goods receipt & physical goods).
- Check the quantity (MSRN/BOQ & goods receipt & physical goods).
- Inspect the external appearance of goods.
- Verify the unit of measure (UOM).
- Check and tick the received quantity on the eMSRN system.
- Sign the goods receipt.
- Take photos of goods and the goods receipt.
- Complete the receipt on the eMSRN system.
- Carry out GI (Goods Issue).
- Count IRA (Inventory Reconciliation Adjustment).
- Perform periodic stock counting and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Track goods movement and ensure correct documentation for all stock changes.
- Issue goods to the user.
- Check and receive returned goods to the storeroom.
- Perform tasks as assigned.
Experience requirements
- University/College degree (preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field).
- 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics roles.
- Basic technical knowledge, including the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Basic English skills (Reading & Writing).
