Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Achieve inside sales team monthly and quarterly quotas
- Enter self-serve leads information in Salesforce
- Identify and close opportunities for self-serve accounts
- Perform regular call out to self-serve accounts to drive adoption of Grab for Business solutions
- Ensure assigned self-serve accounts are being serviced properly
- Upsell solutions to existing GfB client base
- Provide reports to manager regularly and/or as requested

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor degree or higher
- At least 6 months working experience in a tele business / telesales environment (B2B)
- Professional proficiency in Vietnamese and proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- Prior experience in handling corporate clients in Vietnam
- Basic Microsoft Ofice (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) and Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) skills
