Get to know the Role:
● Serve as a key member to do multiple scopes as: Dine In, Hotspots and Partnership projects
● Acquire and Incubate the merchants for outlet coverages and enhance the existing partnerships to accelerate performance growth, specifically to the assigned Use cases by working closely with multiple internal stakeholders.
● Partnership projects: Explore the potential initiatives to support for our growth though MTU campaign and specific projects
The day-to-day activities:
Reporting to Payment & Rewards Acceptant Manager, you will be responsible for
● Acquire and onboard new Mex though pipeline’s plan
● Grow Mex relationship & experiences to ensure smooth business & happiness across the team
● Coordinate with different key stakeholders (PMO, Operation, Marketing, etc.) within the organization to align the Campaign go-to-market and ensure the team can achieve the targets
● Demonstrate strong analytical data to understand and grow business, further market potentials in the future
● Ensure to grow business for assigned merchants to meet team targets & company direction
The must haves:
● College/ Bachelor (or above) degree in Business or equivalent
● At least 1-2 years’ experience in Sales Acquisition or Account Management
● Excellent problem-solving skills. Basic MS skill.
● Great interpersonal skill and negotiation ability
Nice to haves
● Knowledge in Food Delivery and Voucher/Deal hunting
