Job Description

  • Quantity: 01 person
  • Report to: Head of Administration
  • Location: Saigon Trade Centre, 37 Ton Duc Thang, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City and factories in neighboring provinces
  • Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (Monday – Friday)
  • Probation: 2 months
  • Salary & Benefits: Negotiable (Gross)

Job Description:

  • Perform office administrative tasks: processing official dispatches, letters, printing and archiving.
  • Stationery management: ordering, dispensing and periodic inventory.
  • HR support: timekeeping monitoring, leave management, employee records.
  • Coordinate to organize internal events, prepare logistics for meetings.
  • Track and manage administrative costs: electricity, water, internet,...
  • Support the Accounting Department: synthesize documents, track invoices, make payment requests, advances, enter administrative data into the accounting system.
  • Support arising tasks at the request of superiors.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduated from Intermediate, College or University majoring in Administration, Office Administration, Accounting or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Administrative positions, preferably candidates with more experience in accounting support.
  • Having Japanese is an advantage.
  • Proficient in office informatics (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowing how to use accounting software is an advantage.
  • Careful, honest, with a high sense of responsibility, good organizational and communication skills.
  • Work can be moved to factories in the province upon request.
