Job Description
- Location: Nilorn factory, Kizuna 3, Tan Kim IP, Can Giuoc, Long An
- Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:00 – 5:00
- Contract term: 12 months
Responsibilities
Certifications & Compliance (40%)
- In charge of Company’s own certification and audit programs (FSC, GRS, SMETA etc)
- Ensure Nilorn has knowledge of current industry and legal requirements for worker
rights, social standards, environmental restriction/requirements, movement of
product for Vietnam. - Work to meet the Group targets for the Company in terms of renewable energy, FSC
claims, recycling of waste etc.
• Support with clients’ documentation and requirements.
• Assist in the gathering of required information for Client’s questionnaires e.g. energy
and wastage in production.
• Conduct worker training and support other ad hoc projects in the area of CSR and
Sustainability
Human Resources Management (60%)
- Assist in execution of core HR functions including recruitment, compensation &
benefits, performance management, employee relations and other related HR
matters for the Company - Review, update and implement HR policies and procedures to align with Group HR
local standards and local legal requirements - Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees ensuring clarity,
understanding and compliance across the company. - Work with the Group HR on manpower planning, HR strategies and budgeting to
support business growth and objectives - Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives such as team building
activities, and festive events. - Undertake any other ad hoc duties or projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
- Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related
disciplines - Minimum of 5 years all rounded HR experience in reputable companies
- Familiar with Labor Ordinance and other HR related legislations
- Good knowledge of Office 365
- Experience of supply chains and social responsibility, Sedex and certifications
processes is desirable. - Familiarity with the textile and/or printing industry is preferred.
