About the company:

A leading company specializing in the design, development, and manufacturing of protective solutions, such as gloves and protective clothing, with a production scale of over 2,000 knitting machines and 500 workers.

Responsibilities:

Process Development

• Follow up with production to build new designed process completely in compliance to LEAN concept.
• Develop, verify, and validate products from process development to successful commercialization.
• Work closely with Production/ Maintenance / Automation Engineer to improve tools.
• Develop and maintain dipping/ compounding process optimization and validation programs.

Manufacturing Support

• Support to develop new document to adapt required production operations.
• Create the Standard Work and guideline for production.
• Support to all the change of process.

Others

• Involve company activities such as Safety, Fire, Health, Team building, Audits…
• Support special projects as required.
• Participate in process improvement projects to improve product quality, decrease cost, and - improve product performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in production management (open for 1-2 years of experience).
• Experience in Textile/ Garments/ Glove Manufacturing is in advance. 
• Experience in ERP D365 or SAP.
• Bachelor’s degree and above in Chemistry.
• Good English skills in both speaking & writing.
• Strong in Analysis and Problem-solving skills.
• Interpersonal Skills.
• Presentation and communication skills.
