Position: People Operations Specialist

Working place: Mapletree Business Center, District 7, HCMC

Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9AM to 6PM

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

1.Employee Engagement & Internal Communication (80%)

• Promoting our Culture – together with the Pops team to create an inclusive and fun culture by planning & implementing meaningful engagement activities.
• Employee Recognition and Milestone – implement employee recognition programs for each employee milestone to boost morale.
• Grabber Engagement Survey (GES) - help to drive efforts related to using data and survey outcomes to identify & build action plans with the most valuable themes and stories to help our teams improve engagement and experience.
• Analyzes data and identifies key insights to measure the effectiveness of engagement programs and make improvements.
• Contribute to the creation and distribution of internal content, and other communication tools.

2.Learning & Development (L&D) (15%)

• Planning: support the L&D team to carry out the Training Needs Assessment and design the L&D plan to respond to the needs.
• Organization: In charge of the logistics and administration of the L&D activities as assigned.

3.Others (5%): Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Requirement

• University graduate
• At least 2+ years in employee engagement, internal communications and L&D
• Experience in developing & organizing internal events for 500+ employees
• Knowledge of Canva & Event planning
• Strong organizational & communication skill, with fluency in English.
• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
