Send email to guide candidates to the hospital for a medical health check + work with vendors + ensure candidates are fit to work
Request laptops & collect information of new hires
Prepare documents (Labour Contract, Confidentiality, Announcement)
Guide new hires through pre-onboarding
Send email to invite candidates to apply for jobs
From 1 years of experience in HR administration, supporting TA tasks
1 years of experience in organizing and logistics for internal events
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and working within systems
Basic design skills in Canva
Strong necessary soft skills (communication, task management, problem-solving, collaboration)
Location: 11th Floor, M-Plaza Sai Gon 39 Le Duan St, Dist 1, Ho Chi Minh city
Working time: Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 17:30
