Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain eCommerce sites on the Shopify platform, including custom themes, Liquid programming, and third-party app integration.

• Lead the development and delivery of technical projects (CRO)LTV/ Business Development), including managing internal and external teams and conducting A/B testing to optimize performance.

• Ensure website optimization, speed, and security, and explore third-partexpand functionality.

• Research and evaluate new technologies (AI + Automation) to enhance our products and processes/SOPs, contributing to internal ecommerce-related projects.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in website development, with expertise in Liquid templating, theme customization, and app development.

• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ReactJS/NextJS), and TypeScript.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and hands-on expertise in Google Content Experiments for testing.

Soft Skills:

• Problem-solving, communication, proactive.

Nice-to-Have:

• 1+ years of experience working with Shopify.

• Familiarity with Shopify API, GraphQL, and Shopify CLI, as well as best practices in theme development.

• Experience with AI and automation tools for eCommerce.

• Knowledge of other eCommerce platforms, such as Magento, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: Upto 23,000,000 VND/month.

• Performance Bonuses: Annual bonuses can be up to 10 months of salary, based on performance measured by net profit, SOP, and adherence to cultural key behaviors.

• Equity Offer: Potential to transition into a CTO role with an equity offer.

Working Location

• On-site, An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh City.

Working Hours

• Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

• Saturday (Culture Day): 6:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
