Job Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Frontend Developer with expertise in Web/EDM Design to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually compelling digital assets for our online platforms, including websites, email campaigns, social media, and more. You will work closely with the marketing and development teams to ensure that designs are not only visually appealing but also functional and responsive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development:

  • Design and develop digital assets for web, email (EDM), social media, and other online platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually compelling and engaging concepts.
  • Ensure email campaigns are designed with clean, responsive layouts optimized for various email clients.

• Collaboration and Innovation:

  • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand the goals and objectives of digital campaigns and produce designs that align with these goals.
  • Develop and iterate on creative concepts to meet project objectives and deadlines.

• Brand Consistency and Quality:

  • Ensure all designs are on-brand, visually appealing, and adhere to design best practices.
  • Work within established style guides and brand guidelines to create cohesive, high-quality designs.
  • Consistently maintain attention to detail in all design and development tasks.

• Industry Knowledge and Trends:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, web technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design quality and user experience.
  • Experiment with new design tools and techniques to innovate and push creative boundaries.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Frontend Developer/Designer with a focus on web/EDM design.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.),...
• Experience designing and developing email campaigns, including responsive designs for various email clients.
• Strong understanding of design principles, user experience (UX), and responsive design.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and communicate design ideas effectively.
• Keen attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) is a plus.
• Knowledge of basic SEO principles is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary of upto 60M GROSS per month.
