Responsibility:

• Coordinate with share service center in account payable duties, including local and oversea payment.
• Monthly meeting with share service center to review payment KPI and continue improve payment process.
• Prepare tax provisions schedule, returns, payments, reports and maintain a company‘s tax database.
• Find tax solutions to complicated tax issues or errors from incorrect tax filings.
• Coordinate outsourced tax preparation work.
• Accurately prepare monthly, quarterly and annual tax reports.
• Reconcile net sales, VAT between SAP and invoices.
• Prepare journal entries.
• Generate financial reports.
• Supporting external/internal auditors.
• Training payment process for end user.
• Coordinate with other teams for treasury project PSP (if any).
• Maintain vendor master data.
• Withdrawn Shopee wallet weekly.

Job requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Financing
• Having upto 2 years experience in GL accounting
• Enable to communicate and read document in English
• Good skill in Microsoft Office
• Integrity, hard and smart work, persistent and accuracy
