Job Description
- Salary: 15,000,000 - 20,000,000 VND (Gross)
- Location: My Xuan, Phu My, Ba Ria - Vung Tau (shuttle bus provided)
- Time: Mon - Fri
Responsibilities:
- Be HR’s point of contact on site
- Perform HR related activities such as recruitment, performance review, insurance renewal & benefits administration.
- Support and implement Suez HR initiatives.
- Support for new hirers with email account creation request and other IT connection support when needed and request to delete email account when there are leavers.
- Manage site office administrative operation and its assets/equipment/facilities.
- Responsible for controlling incoming and outgoing correspondence, documents, contracts, etc. from/to clients, contractors, suppliers…
- File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.
- Responsible for printing, scanning, copying, and sending documents and drawings to clients, contractors, suppliers …
- Provide translation of documents from English to Vietnamese and vice versa
- Prepare the minutes of meeting.
- Monitor the timesheet and overtime of staffs.
- Support in logistical preparation for office staffs such as transportation, flight ticket booking, hotel booking, visa arrangement.
- Any other duties assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years relevant experience in HR & Administration
- Graduate in Human Resources, Business Admin, Secretary, or relevant background.
- Good English communication (write, read, speak, listen).
- Very good communication and interpersonal skill and teamwork.
- Good knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Proficient Microsoft Office application (Word, Power Point, Excel…).
- Hard working, enthusiasm, dynamic, ability to meet deadlines.
- Well organized, detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience of working in project site is preferred.
- Working experience with Multi-national Company is a plus.
