RESPONSIBILITIES
What you will Do?
• Support the recruitment team and the C&B (Compensation & Benefits) team.
HR Recruitmnet support
• Recruitment Process : Collect & fill candidate CVs information.
• Interview Organization: Arrange interview schedules, send notifications to candidates, and
prepare necessary documents for the interview.
• Pre - Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing
documents, providing guidance, and answering questions.
HR C&B support
• File Management: Ensure candidate information is updated and properly stored.
• Data Entry Support: Input data into the system for the recruitment and C&B (Compensation &
Benefits) teams.
• HR Data Management: Update and maintain the HR database, ensuring information is always
accurate and complete.
REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to work full-time;
• Careful and detail-oriented;
• Strong sense of responsibility, communication
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Strong English reading and writing skills
• A can-do attitude, multi task
