What you will Do?

• Manage recruitment projects from inception to completion, ensuring all client requirements are met
• Lead and oversee a dedicated team of recruitment specialists to achieve set objectives
• Conduct in-depth interviews with potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for various roles
• Hold detailed intake meetings with clients to understand their unique hiring needs and discuss recruitment strategies
• Provide comprehensive reports to the head of Operations on recruitment progress, challenges, and outcomes

Your Skills

• Graduation degree is required
• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment or related field
• Proficiency in English for clear communication with clients and team members
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
