Job Responsibilities
- Manage on-site general workers client site.
- Support recruitment of replacement/backup when required.
- Support personnel coordination within the project when required for overtime/backup.
Experience Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in HR Operation, TA, HRBP positions.
- Experience in HR agencies is a plus.
- Good communication, problem-solving, teamwork skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel and work when needed.
- English communication.
