Key Account Executive - Drugstore

Adecco‘s Client - L‘Oréal Vietnam - is hiring an Key Account Executive - Drugstores position.

OVERVIEW:

Division: LDB - L‘Oréal Dermatological Beauty

Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, monitor and manage a portfolio of retailers/clients account, in accordance with the strategy of division and brands.
  • Create an annual business plan/trade marketing plan taking into account levers of growth to achieve brand results (sell-in, sell-out, market share) and the profitability of brands within the account. 
  • Guide and support all account representatives. Collaborate with the sales team to implement trade plans and coordinate with various internal departments regarding retailer/client activities (sales, supply chain, marketing, customer service, education, merchandising, legal). Work closely with other account managers and the sales team, serving as the internal representative for the retailer/client.
  • Establish & Develop strong relationships with buyers, group store managers.
  • For new product launches, collaborate with all relevant stakeholders (marketing team, buyers, etc.) to create a comprehensive launch plan.
  • Manage stock holding in trade agreement at each store level. Suggest activities to address products nearing expiration (between 6 to 12 months) to the planning team
  • Monitor contracts/invoices associated with the Drugstore channel. Do payment & PV, GR for Drugstore channel.
  • Prepare monthly sell-in and sell-out and P&L reports for the Drugstore channel, analyzing and tracking sales performance at the brand, key account/chains, area, and store levels
  • Manage & deliver promotion stock for Sales supervisors.

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Key Account Management or related role, preferredly in FMCG industry, Health & Beauty, Modern Trade. Experience in beauty/fashion categories is a plus.
  • Customer management & development skill; customer relationship building skill
  • Data driven & data analytical skill, result oriented, detail oriented & willing to learn 
  • Willing to to site check
  • MS Office: especially Excel & PowerPoint for slides report
  • English: professional email communication.
