Job Description

Our client is the key player in Food Delivery & Ride App. We are looking for a Merchant Acquisition (Key Account) position. 

Get to know the Role

  • You will manage a portfolio of F&B Accounts, focusing on building lasting relationships and increasing profitability. Oversee the entire process within merchant acquisition and onboarding Dine Out 
  • Manage a portfolio of key restaurants with a focus on building lasting relationships and increasing profitability/revenue.
  • You will be responsible for existing relationships with merchants to increase growth.
  • You will lead elements of business identification, partnerships, account management, and execution strategy.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Merchant Acquisition (80%)

  • Identify and prioritize high-potential F&B leads, including independent outlets, local brands, and strategic chains.
  • Pitch and present GrabFood’s value proposition to potential merchants, customizing the approach to meet their business needs.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and onboard new merchants, ensuring a seamless handover to operational and partner success teams.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of merchant leads to meet consistent acquisition targets.
  • Champion GrabFood in the market, positioning yourself as a trusted consultant to F&B businesses.
  • Track acquisition progress and regularly report on KPIs such as new merchant sign-ups and deal closure rates.
  • Stay updated on competitor offerings and industry trends to effectively position GrabFood in the market.

Key Account Management (20%)

  • Manage and nurture your portfolio of strategic merchant partners post-onboarding, ensuring continued growth and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with partners on merchant-funded campaigns, cross-selling new features, and improving GrabFood performance.
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as GMV, conversion rates, and customer ratings to identify improvement areas.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to deliver customized solutions, including reporting, feature enablement, and promotional support. .

Essential Experience / Criteria:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Sales/Business Development/Key Account role.
  • Experienced in handling and dealing with partners & customers.
  • Multi-tasking and able to work under pressure and constantly changing environment.
  • You have written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
  • You excel in experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects, with the capability to offer comprehensive solutions for diverse customer needs.
  • You can integrate business, strategy, finance, and legal concepts to manage complex, multi-faceted deals.
  • You can collaborate with both internal and external teams.

  • Base salary: 10,300,000 - 11,700,000 + Commission
  • Allowance: 300,000 VND/month
