Work location: CMC Creative Space, District 7, HCMC
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary range: 13,300,000 VND Gross
Job Description:
- Support our customers‘ Merchant KYC (Know Your Customer) verification/Case Review by using system and tools to complete end to end process;
- Respond to any Merchant KYC verification/Case Review profile which requires verification;
- Determine if there are any fraud patterns or OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) merchants profiles and escalate
- Ensure due diligence on consumer profile is complete adhering to SOPs
- Ensure that work is completed in accordance with established procedures and standards;
- Acquire and update knowledge on procedures related to relevant processes;
- Work well independently, complete assigned tasks in the established time frame, complete regular assignments without reminders or additional requests;
- Support our customers‘ fraud prevention efforts by using our products to monitor suspicious activities for online banking, mobile banking and other payment technologies;
- Liaise with other departments when required & participate in team meetings, activities, promotes team spirit;
- Show dedication and ownership of clearing the queues - adhere to Service Levels with proven track-record of great customer service;
- Provide coaching, advice and guidance based on case findings;
- Other duties as assigned by Management or reporting Supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor‘s/College degree regardless of major;
- Open for Fresher or 1 year of experience in handling and dealing with partners (account management experience) or risk analyst related experience;
- Fluent English communication;
- Ability to identify fraud trends and assess the risk of merchant profiles;
- Ability to self-manage workload and prioritize tasks to complete as committed and instructed by management;
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced work environment;
- Good communication skills, customer service mindset, attention to detail & willingness to learn;
- Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting, updates, online meetings, etc.
