OVERVIEW ABOUT THE JOB:
- Working Location: Pearl Plaza, Binh Thanh District, HCMC
- Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Flexible)
- 2-month probation (full salary)
- Contract: 12 months

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor‘s Degree
- 1-2 yoe in Admin Officer role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Proficient in English (written and verbal skills)
- Enthusiastic & detail-oriented is a bonus point
RESPONSIBILITES:
A. Event coordinate (20%)
- Execute, monitor, evaluate and manage planning of internal projects/ events/meeting.
- Logistics planning and arrangement
- Ensure that all travel and event management activities are in line with regulations, local pharma code, and company business principles and values
B. Office administration and general management: maintain and improve the office in well operation (80%)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards to support operations.
- Enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity in procedures.
- Manage end-to-end administrative processes.
- Take responsibility for maintaining office operations and managing internal & external stakeholders.
- Supervise the reception and office management team.
- Report any safety concerns to the appropriate local safety authorities promptly.
- Perform other related tasks as needed.
