• Location:  CMC Creative Space, Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone, Tan Thuan Dong Ward, District 7 Ho Chi Minh City
• Working time: 9AM - 6AM, Mon - Fri

Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve GFin marketing/communication campaigns. Have an intermediate understanding of planning for “best in-app user journeys and experiences”.
• Setting up and optimizing Grab’s assets across in-app / base marketing platforms.
• Working on continuous process improvement initiatives to build sustainable operation, increase efficiency and achieve cost savings.
• Support the distribution of Gfin products by working closely with GFin external partners and stakeholders across different functions in the organization.
• Periodically provide support to the Customer by answering customers inquiries.
• Other administrative and clerical tasks as directed by the Manager.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of perations experience in Ecom/ Banking/ Finance/ Business Company
• Good Excel skills, knowlegde of Python, SQL (coding) is a plus
• Fluent English
