I/Job Scope:
-PMO for business support, to coordinate and facilitate the following for roll-out of new technology applications for retail operations for a Southeast Asian based bank:
-Coordinate user acceptance test, from writing and documenting test scenarios to execution. This requires to closely work with end users to ensure key functionality is tested, and coordinate planning and tracking of execution.
-Coordinate and track process documentation and standard operating procedures for ops processes. Closely work with operations experts to define and document L3-L5 process maps, which serve as blueprint for process handling post launch of the new technology Ops. application.
