Parking: Free motorbike parking in HCMC and Bien Hoa Plant

1. Job Purpose

• Manage procurement, data integrity, ordering, and supplier relationships.
• Support sourcing strategies, supplier qualification, and work transfers.
• Act as a backup for the Procurement Manager.
• Handle a complex scope with a minimum spend of $10M.
• Travel to supplier sites for audits, relationship management, and expediting.

2.Job Requirements

• 2+ years in procurement/supply chain, preferably in aerospace or automotive/electronics/high-tech industries.
• Strong SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, Word skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with MRP demand management is a plus.

3. Main Responsibilities

• Ensure timely deliveries, manage MRP-driven demand, and optimize supplier performance.
• Handle RFQs, purchase orders, and resolve supply chain issues.
• Maintain accurate system data and manage key supplier categories.
• Drive continuous improvement and resolve inventory discrepancies.

4. Key Accountabilities

• Reduce inventory to meet division targets.
• Maintain KPIs and implement improvement plans.
• Oversee procurement operations, supplier performance, and escalations.
• Manage supplier relationships and analyze capacity.
• Report shortages and support management decisions.

Stakeholders

• Frequent collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and division management for supply chain alignment.
