Job description: 

- This role focus on motor quality/ process related activities, but might not be limited to motor in future.

- Stay at motor suppliers sites to support motor suppliers Vietnam localization program by working with motor suppliers on: 

• Corrections of qualification audit findings
• Readiness of motor manufacturing process  
• Pre-shipment audit of motors
• Process capability improvement at motor suppliers
• Monitoring motor reliability QA audit testing at motor suppliers
• Periodical audit of quality plan

- Drive supplier on root cause analysis and corrective actions development of motor related quality issues.

- Perform qualification audits on local motor key component suppliers

- Support motor CoE (center of excellent) team activities

Requirement:

• Willing to spend most of the time to stay on motor suppliers’ sites.
• Technical school diploma or college associate degree or above; major in Mechatronic, Electronic, Mathematics, Physics, or other Sciences.
• 3+ years of working experience on quality or design or engineering or manufacturing , or a similar role.
• 2+ years working experience on vacuum cleaner, power tool or other appliances with motor applications is preferred. 
• Six Sigma certification (Yellow, Green)
• Experience with pre-shipment audit or supplier assessment audits

PREFERRED SPECIALIZED TRAINING OR SKILLS REQUIRED 

1. ISO9000, IAFT16949, and/or other quality system knowledge
2. Communications skills in Mandarin or English.
3. Analytical skills.
4. Computer skills with a firm understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5. Willing to travel to existing and potential suppliers.
