Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Preparing for evaluation samples, for client samples,
- Sensory evaluation of samples for R&D works, mainly coffee products.
- Chemical analysis with QC team for R&D and Sales works.
- Recording project progress in excel files, collecting customer feedback.
- Preparing export documents of submission samples, as packing list, Invoice, etc.
- Creation product (mainly Instant coffee) roles.
- Other tasks assigned by R&D manager.
Requirement:
- University graduate major in related Food chemist, Food technology
- At least 2 years experience in relevant application laboratory or sensory laboratory role (desirably coffee, tea, or beverage category).
- Good knowledge of sensory evaluation, coffee, beverages
- English and Vietnamese
- Able to work independently in chemical or food laboratories.
