- Handle calls to the company in a professional manner
- Receive visitors politely and professionally while ensuring the company security policy on visitor handling.
- Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring the logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
- Handle mail, couriers, faxes, etc., and deliver, and arrange for domestic and international mail payment accordingly.
- Check and verify phone bills (Desk phone, Vina, Mobil), transportation expenses (including taxi), postage, and courier expenses.
- Support to code invoices and proceed with raw data for the payment process on the SAP system.
- Keep track of First Aid Kit: medicine expiration, fill up & inform Admin Officer to buy new stock.
- Send the monthly taxi fare report to the respective function, and keep following up for approval to arrange payment on time.
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Requirements
- University/ College graduation
- Good ability in English speaking and writing
- Telephone techniques and office foundation skills
- Ability to take messages accurately and quickly
- Pleasant voice and personality
- Professional manner
- Quickly learn and be able to work under pressure
