Job Description
Working location:
- Office: Zone 4, Floor 11, Office-Commerce-Service Complex Building Lot 5-5, No. 8-10, Mai Chi Tho Street, Thu Thiem Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
- Mekong Area: An Giang, Dong Thap, Cambodia
Working time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain sales and customer relationships
- Identify potential customers and market opportunities
- Provide customer service including product information and technical advice
- Able to manage farmers meeting, field days & educate the farmers best management practices of Advanta products
- Collect farmers database during direct connect from farmers for follow ups
- Prepare quotations and sales orders
- Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and sales activity
- Participate trade shows, conferences and other events
- Implement marketing strategies
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures
- Control Mekong delta river and Cambodia market
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years in sales/ BD or a similar field; preference for agriculture products & overall field Corn agronomy background
- Able to conduct farmers meetings & Advanta development activities for growth
- Ability to maintain customer relationships with C1, C2 & financiers
- Able to rotate schemes with farmers & business partners as per communication received from supervisors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to business travel domestically and oversea
- Trustworthy, problem solving, well organized
- Can speak Cambodia (Khmer) – prefer, Vietnamese and basic English.
Benefit:
- Basic Salary: up to 25,000,000 monthly
- Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance base on full basic salary (Vietnamese Law)
