Job Description
Title: Account and Administrative Officer
Salary: 900 USD - 1300 USD (gross)
Responsibilities:
Administrative duties
- Manage day-to-day office operations including office supplies management, filing systems, and correspondence.
- Daily administrative work, such as phone answering, courier arrangement.
- Office upkeeping
HR
- Manage and oversee end-to-end process of onboarding and offboarding.
- Other general issues in HR
IT
- Laise with IT vendors
Accounting duties
- Prepare and process sales invoices, bank receipts, and payment vouchers.
- In charge of Accounts payable and Accounts receivable
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate ledgers and supporting documents for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Monitor and track expenses, ensuring they are in line with the approved budget and company policies.
- Laise with banker, accounting firm and other vendors.
- Able to handle full set of accounts
Logistics
- Process order and arrange delivery schedules.
- Laise with freight forwarders and transporters for dispatch of goods
- Laise with clearing agent for importing of cargoes
- Arrange samples for customers
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage duties.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite and Accounting software.)
- 3-5 years of experience in administrative support, accounting, or logistics
