In this role, you will be responsible to work on continuously improving user retention by reducing friction across all possible user journeys, optimising performance & platformising the solutions. You will be working in a fast paced growth team that continuously iterates on assumed hypothesis and solution . You will be required to quickly adapt solve problems with in entire mobile superapp scope.

Responsibilities

• Design and write in SwiftUI
  
• Collaborate with mobile and backend engineers, designers, data scientists, and product managers to architect and implement features
  
• Actively participate in code and design reviews to maintain our high development standards
  
• Brainstorm innovative ideas, identify problems, propose and implement solutions geared towards scale and performance
  
• Take full ownership of projects built to meet the functional and non-functional requirements of our users and business partners.
  
• Design, implement, instrument, and deploy highly performant and reusable iOS components for operational excellence initiatives
  
• Lead Collaboration with stakeholders across teams and roles, to identify and resolve ambiguous, multi-dimensional business, legal, and product needs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software development experience including at least 2 years of iOS development experience using Swift language
  
• Solid computer science fundamentals in algorithms and data structures
  
• Experience owning an end-to-end feature
  
• Experience running large-scale applications and a global understanding of systems internals and tools like crash analytics, remote debugging, and continuous integration.
  
• Possess excellent communication, sharp analytical abilities with proven design skills, and the ability to think critically of the current system in terms of growth and stability
  
• Deep understanding of the CI/CD implementation
  
• Highly accountable and takes ownership of one’s work.
• Eager to learn, to take more responsibility and create impact on millions of users.

• Salary range: up to 104M (Gross)
• Contract: until 31/12/2025 (potential to be extended based on business needs)
