Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced UX Expert for service area to join our growing team and play a key role in enhancing the user experience of our products and services in Global Business Service, e.g. the finance, logistics, or HR sectors. As a UX Expert, you will be responsible for crafting seamless, intuitive, and impactful user experiences, focusing on the specific needs of our target audiences within these service domains. You will collaborate closely with UX champions, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that drive user satisfaction and business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Vietnam UX projects, including making the financial planning with data-driven evidence (proficient in excel), consolidating information from regions by proactively driving communications, supporting APAC UX lead of summarizing the data for reporting with Vietnam view (proficient in PPT).
- Supporting the UX APAC lead for achieving the UX KPIs by standardizing the processes, making proposals for strategic plannings, promoting and maintaining the project data and artifacts to drive the success together.
- Driving UX project management as the leading role in Vietnam, with close alignment with Vietnam key stakeholders, including but not limited to consulting, planning, conception, implementation by applying UX methodologies with a proactive and committed attitude.
- Identifying user needs through qualitative and quantitative research methods and communicate them within the customer team. You will conduct user research with your customers, such as user interview, usability testing.
- Facilitating design thinking ideation workshop to gain insights from project members and end customers, fluent in English.
Requirement:

- Working practice: Thinking analytically, working strategically and conceptually
- Experience: Several years (3-10) of relevant professional experience in the field of UX projects, service design and User-centered-design methods
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle various stakeholders. Identify, guide onsite colleagues for UX related needs. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Joy of working with customer teams. Ability to visualize your outcomes and present it clearly.
- Education: Master (preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, or User experience design, or service design, or Information Design, or Digital Media Design, or Graphic Design, or Psychology, or similar.
- Qualifications: At least 3 years‘ experience in design area (e.g. User experience design, UI design, industrial design, graphic design, or other related area) with portfolios.
- Languages: Excellent English skills in written and speaking.
