JOB DESCRIPTION

Assist to do quality readiness audit before ramp at the factory.

Quality specification (Drawing, cosmetics limit samples, ORT test plan).
Quality doc. (MTD, Quality plan, SOP, SIP).
Space and layout for IQC/ PQC/OQC/ORT/OBA/EFFA.
Quality resource capacity (IQC/PQC/OQC/FQC/Lab, Inspector/Technician).
Qualification for quality personnel (AR/GRR/correlation).
Measurement capacity for cosmetic AOI, dimensional OMM/CMM, Function/ ORT tester, etc.

Lead to perform process audit, product (FQC/OBA.ORT) audit to ensure the compliance in term odd method, specification.

Support to do EFFA and do FACA on customer complaint and RMA returns.

Support on FACA and drive yield/process/quality system improvement base on the audit finding.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

BS in engineer (Mechanical Preferred) plus 3 years of experience in quality space.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and good teamwork.
Skilled in problem solving, process audit and OOBA, data analysis (JMP or Tableau) and driving
yield improvement.
With Good knowledge for any of below process: Plastic molding, machining, sanding, laser
etching, bonding and assembly process.
Experienced in cosmetics product quality specification set up and quality control.
Certification for Quality system auditor is Plus.
