Location: Pearl Plaza Building, 561A Dien Bien Phu, Ward 25, District Binh Thanh, HCMC
Time: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Mon - Fri
Contract type: 15 months (renewable can be confirmed)
Onboard: 01/01/2025
Job Description:
- Work with Sales teams and distributors in getting final product lists and tender packages’ requirement from dossiers.
- Perform steps of tender package preparation on SimplyBid Document Management Solution.
- Following up with Regulatory Affairs and Logistics teams for missing documents then share to distributors.
- Fulfill Document Master in the system.
- Update relevant masers, e.g dossier mapping, contacts, distributors, report…
- Solve relevant issues that raised by customers/ distributors.
- Support Tender Analyst in completing training materials.
- Other duties maybe assigned by the manager.
Job‘s Requirements
1/ Education and Qualification:
- College Degrees or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Economics or related majors.
- 1-3 year(s) of experience in sales admin, bid admin or office management admin.
2/ Other skills & abilities:
- Languages: Vietnamese & English at level of intermediate in writing & speaking
- Good communication, stakeholder management & logical thinking skills.
- Customer centricity mindset, calm, patient
- Computer skills: especially Excel, Word, Outlook,...

- Salary: 16,000,000 - 24,000,000 VND Monthly Gross + Fixed Allowance (based on candidate‘s experience)
