Location: Binh Thanh District, HCMC
Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Job Description:
- Conduct invoice/expense/tax-related tasks.
- Manage office reception and supplies (stationery, cleaning, vendors,..).
- Employee related events and activities support.
- Documents filing management.
- Ad hoc Admin and office employee supports per request from Local Director.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in Administration positions (Accounting and tax knowledge with financial background is preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and energetic.
