Location: Binh Thanh District, HCMC

Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Job Description:

  • Conduct invoice/expense/tax-related tasks.  
  • Manage office reception and supplies (stationery, cleaning, vendors,..).
  • Employee related events and activities support. 
  • Documents filing management.
  • Ad hoc Admin and office employee supports per request from Local Director.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Administration positions (Accounting and tax knowledge with financial background is preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and energetic.
