Salary Range: 17.000.000 VND

Contract duration: 8 months

Location: Lot C5, Conurbation 2, Street K1, Cat Lai Industrial Zone, Thanh My Loi Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC

Job Descriptions:

• Receiving and feedback customer inquiries about the testing service.
• Borking with an internal team as a bridge between customer and labs.
• Booking the orders into the ERP system.
• Follow up with the customer about the payment status if any.
• Other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirement:

• 01 year in Customer Service role.
• English writing & reading, Chinese additional is preferred.
• Garment/ Shoe/ industry experienced is preferred.
