Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with extensive experience in call center operations and a proven track record of delivering exceptional service to customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the merchant service department, including call center operations, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction;
- Collaborate with other departments (internal/ regional departments), to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints;
- Work closely with cross-department teams to ensure the smooth progress of customers' daily business needs and promote the resolution of problems in a timely manner;
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of the customer service department and make recommendations for improvement
- Good service etiquette and skills to provide customers with quality services;
- Consolidate Voice of Customer (VOC) to enhance service;
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Requirements
- Languague requirements: must have Chinese speaking
- Be fluent English Language in speaking, writing, listening and reading
- College degree or above.
- Customer-oriented, proactive and responsible, with strong communication skills and affinity.
- Proven experience in a senior customer service role, with a minimum of 01+ year of experience in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Working hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 to 18:00
