Job Description
Location: 270, 272 Hai Ba Trung Street, Tan Dinh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
Time: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Mon - Fri (100% work onsite)
Job Responsibilities:
Human Resource:
- Manage full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management mand training and development
- Collaborate with Department Managers on staffing needs
- Maintain employee records and accurate HR databases
- Act as point of contact for employees’ inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies and other related matters
- Review and revise HR policies and procedures to reflect updated legal requirements and company practices
- Assist to organize employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs and teambuilding activities across multi-brands
- Facilitate yearly performance appraisal
- Manage monthly payroll processing
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis and make recommendations on program which could enhance employees‘ skills and professional growth
- Provide monthly HR reports to Singapore HQ
- Other HR duties and responsibilities as and when assigned
Admin:
- Oversee daily office operations, including facility management, maintenance, and supplies procurement
- Coordinate with external parties to ensure a seamless office environment
- Assist in organizing meetings and conferences including logistics and materials preparation
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in HR roles (experience in the F&B/Hospitality sector is preferred)
- Native Vietnamese with an excellent command of English, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of HR practices and Vietnam Labor Law
- Proficient in HR Software, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
