Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Personnel Management:

Recruit and arrange office and production staff as per the General Director‘s and departments‘ requirements.

- Employee Training & Orientation:

Train and onboard new employees.

Implement mandatory internal training programs in line with labor laws.

- Labor Contract Management:

Draft, monitor, and manage labor contracts.

Oversee the process of signing, terminating contracts, and handovers.

- KPIs & Employee Evaluation:

Develop and implement a KPI system for employee evaluation and rewards.

- Employee Records Management:

Manage employee profiles and documentation.

- Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Management:

Oversee attendance, salary calculations, social insurance, and personal income tax processes.

- Government Communication:

Liaise with government departments (Social Insurance, Fire Prevention, Labor Management).

- Advisory Role:

Advise the board on HR matters (organizational structure, training, recruitment, salary, bonuses, welfare, labor law issues, and disputes).

- Communication & Event Planning:

Plan, report, and execute company events.

Transmit company policies, documents, and announcements to employees.

- Other Duties:

Perform other tasks as assigned by the director or regional HR headquarters.

  • Job requirements:

- Education Background: Bachelor‘s Degree

- Experience: At least 5 years of working experience in production field.

- Have experience in HR Management is preferred.

- Language: Having ability to speak fluently both English and Korean is plus. Otherwise, English or Korean - Business Level

- Have a strong network and can deal with government departments: Social insurance, fire prevention and fighting, Labor management department, etc.

- Living in Phu My or Vung Tau or Long Thanh or other areas near from Phu My town.

  • Benefits:

- Salary: negotiable

- Bonus/Incentive: 13-month bonus, KPI incentive based on evaluation results (KPI incentive based on the business situation of each year of the company)

- Insurance: social insurance and personal medical insurance (PVI insurance)

  • Other information:

- Working time: 8AM – 5PM, from Monday to Friday

- Working place: Phu My 2 Industrial Zone, Ba Ria Vung Tau
