Responsibilities:

• Understand the functional requirements of C2C and NPT machines, as well as the roles of the required parts.
• Assess and identify the most suitable sources for the required components.
• Analyze and understand current supply chain capacities and capabilities.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments and stakeholders to address their requirements, ensuring timely organization of materials with the appropriate quality through efficient supply chain processes.
• Possess strong skills in product estimation and costing.
• Monitor supplier performance, evaluating their ability to meet quality and delivery standards, and work with relevant departments to identify and qualify new suppliers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor‘s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• A Master‘s degree in Business is an added advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Sourcing Engineer or Officer.
• Experience in developing new suppliers in collaboration with other departments.
• Strong supplier network experience.
• Technical knowledge in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Machine Engineering.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to work effectively with suppliers.
• Understanding of taxes and Incoterms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP software is a plus.

Work Location: Hoa Binh Industrial Area, Thu Thua, Long An (Shuttle bus available from HCMC)

Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
