Duties and Responsibilities

- Create technical drawings, mechanical drawings, and 2D and 3D digital models of mechanical equipment designs, using measurements, specifications, and additional data from engineering team  

- Design, review, and modify the detail drawings of equipment, drafting of mechanical components, and technical drawings according to manager’s requirements

- Develop and manage engineering design details, layouts, and special items drawings for clients and maintain as-built drawings

- Support in providing technical recommendations for sales departments, most importantly project sales team for technical decision-making and client’s requirements.

- Communicate with the fabrication team to create detailed layouts prior to fabricating and assist in designing, creating CNC drawings.

- Manage, review, and produce drawings for fabrication and installation for factory

- Coordinate with the production department to modify and update drawings in line with production requirements

- Develop BOM, calculate the materials, extract the quantities and supplies such as materials, components, and consumables based on confirmed drawings.

- Perform checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of all project drawings and documents throughout the design and detail phase.

- Review and adhere to client specifications or requests to ensure quality and accuracy of designs.

- Provide assistance in the assembly and maintenance of engineering and other technical file.

- Closely liaise with other departments, such as the project sales and Technical support teams to work effectively and win projects

- Experienced in calculating and designing indirect and direct heat exchangers

- Other duties may be assigned by department head

Job Requirement

- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Degree.

- Experience in manufacturing factory with mechanical engineering for more than 03 year; hands-on engineering drawings, machined component drawings, and manufacturing techniques.

- Experience in Heat Exchanger, HVAC and knowledge of Surface Coating System is a plus.

- Good in AutoCAD, 2D/ 3D drawings, solidworks 3D

- Good communication in English

- Ability to work independently with high pressure

- Working time: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM from Monday to Saturday (open for employee to WFH on Sat)

- Working location: Linh Trung, Thủ Đức
