Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development (70%)
· Identify Learning and Development needs from Divisions
· Build up Training Plan based on Learning Needs Analysis results and develop training courses/program accordingly
· Deliver local training programs and work with various stakeholders to coordinate and organize training sessions
· Promote learning culture through gamifications and diverse learning methods
· Collaborate closely with Zone Learning team for global/zone training activations and Learning KPI tracking
· Keep track onboarding program (FIT journey) to ensure smooth journeys of the newcomers
Performance Management & Organization Culture (30%)
· Drive annual performance management cycle to promote Continuous Conversation in the organization and ensure transparency through performance calibration
· Organize country wide activation initiatives to offer development programs for employees
· Coordinate annual employee Pulse survey
· Promote Simplicity 2 Program – the new way of working and enhance the Simplicity Culture
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 1-2 years’ solid experience in learning
· Has a strong passion for learning, especially keen on new learning trends
· Good interpersonal and communication skill
· Strong in L&D Operation
· Strong analytical & facilitation skills
· Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving ability
· Fluency in English
